Robyn Brinkerhoff
Robyn Brinkerhoff is a mental health and wellness educator, facilitator, and founder of Empower Yoga & Mindfulness, specializing in neuroscience-informed, trauma-responsive mind–body practices. She brings a dynamic, engaging presence to her presentations, translating complex neuroscience, mindfulness, and movement into practical, accessible tools that audiences can immediately apply.
With experience teaching CE-certified workshops for clinicians, presenting in healthcare settings, and working with diverse community groups, Robyn’s work bridges science and lived experience. Her sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and sustainable well-being—for both individuals and the professionals who care for them.
Known for her warm, relatable style and evidence-based approach, Robyn empowers audiences to deepen their understanding of the mind–body connection and leave with tools they can use right away.

Maria Moraga
Maria is the Studio Coordinator at Empower Yoga & Mindfulness and a dedicated yoga teacher who leads classes with knowledge, strength, and joy. She guides students through methodical, safe practices that support a long-lasting yoga journey, helping them reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit. Maria especially loves helping people feel strong in their bodies while cultivating self-awareness and overall well-being.
Originally from Chile, Maria lived in Florida before moving to California. She has been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2010, holding a 500-hour YTT certification. Her classes are welcoming to both English- and Spanish-speaking students, creating an inclusive space where everyone can grow, build strength, and experience the transformative benefits of yoga.

Carmen Williams
Carmen is passionate about creating a nurturing and supportive environment where students of all levels can explore the transformative power of asana, pranayama, and meditation. Her classes blend dynamic sequences with moments of stillness, helping students cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind.
Through breathwork, mindful movement, and self-reflection, Carmen guides students toward greater self-awareness, inner calm, and overall well-being. Her teaching philosophy centers on honoring each individual’s unique journey, empowering students to reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and find serenity on and off the mat.

Cheyenne Goossen (Pop-Up Instructor)
Cheyenne guides a deeply transformative yoga practice designed to help students reanimate their lives and reclaim personal sovereignty—mind, body, and soul. Her classes weave together live sound healing, intentional physical practice, and a profound reverence for yogic philosophy, creating a heart-centered, vibrational foundation.
Through her teaching, students are invited to reconnect with their breath, attune to their heart center, and awaken their inner witness consciousness. Cheyenne believes that personal sovereignty and empowerment grow through mindful practice and supportive community, offering a space where individuals can reclaim balance, clarity, and vitality in a world that often feels chaotic and disempowering.
