Robyn Brinkerhoff
Robyn Brinkerhoff is the owner of Empower Yoga & Mindfulness and a Therapeutic Yoga Practitioner who loves holding space for people to arrive just as they are. Her classes are joyful, compassionate, and grounded in both science and spirituality, inviting students to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their most authentic selves.
Through her studies in neuroplasticity, trauma-informed yoga, and pain science, Robyn translates complex neuroscience into accessible, embodied practices. She works with mental health professionals, trauma survivors, and wellness practitioners, offering movement and breathwork that support nervous system regulation, resilience, and healing beyond traditional talk therapy.

Cheyenne Goossen
Cheyenne guides a deeply transformative yoga practice designed to help students reanimate their lives and reclaim personal sovereignty—mind, body, and soul. Her classes weave together live sound healing, intentional physical practice, and a profound reverence for yogic philosophy, creating a heart-centered, vibrational foundation.
Through her teaching, students are invited to reconnect with their breath, attune to their heart center, and awaken their inner witness consciousness. Cheyenne believes that personal sovereignty and empowerment grow through mindful practice and supportive community, offering a space where individuals can reclaim balance, clarity, and vitality in a world that often feels chaotic and disempowering.
