  • Gabriel Remliel

Gabriel discovered yoga after a professional dance and theater career. Gabriel completed his 200hr training with YogaWorks in 2010, which launched a dynamic study in teaching and assisting others on the mat. He recently, completed a 500hr teacher training with Laura Burkhart, a long time student of Jason Crandell and other inspiring teachers. Since 2021, he has relocated to SLO, to reconnect with this vibrant community. “My practice is a blend of alignment-based asana and organic movement, of discipline and flow. I adapt traditional Hatha forms for modern practitioners while maintaining a deep respect for the integrity of core yogic values.
Dance was my gateway to spiritual experience, a way to express the infinite through my body. I learned that limitation is the container in which we find our true freedom. This discovery changed the course of my life. My practice continues to elevate my spirit and build strength in many forms. This is why I became a yoga teacher.
“ Gabriel is a lover of nature and being outdoors.

  • Kelly Callender

I am a Mom. I am a wife. I am a friend. I am a yogi. I am a Buddhist. I am a love warrior. Each of these paths I have walked and embody. They have crated the woman and the teacher I am today. I work with people that crave pause. I teach people to find serenity in the chaos and how to nourish a yin-inspired life. I attended my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2003 and it shifted the trajectory of my life. In 2008 I left the corporate world and embarked on my path of yoga, health, and wellness in my personal and professional life. I have been an entrepreneur, holistic health counselor, yoga teacher, yoga studio owner, yoga teacher trainer, and business consultant. I enjoy retreating and continue to attend trainings for my personal growth. Through the years I have found I gravitate toward Yang choices in our Yang world. I balance my world with Yin practices. Yin choices benefit me every time. There is a profound impact of Yin practices in enhancing our Yang-driven lives. Yin is yielding, allowing and nourishing. Instead of fighting back when confrontation arises, a yin-inspired life embraces it. Wraps its arms around daily challenges and gives you a big ol’ hug.

Ultimately, thru life and thru teaching my intention is to show people how to dance within the chaos. I aspire to inspire. I inspire students to get unstuck, unfreeze, and let go. I inspire you to melt into your true nature.
